Our client was stopped waiting for the CHP to clear an accident on the I-15 Freeway in San Diego. He was violently struck in the rear by a large delivery truck. The defendant initially denied liability in discovery and at his deposition but was forced to accept full responsibility for the accident after lengthy litigation. Our client sustained injuries to his neck and back, and was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and vision problems. The case went through 2 mediations and ultimately resolved just short of trial to the client’s satisfaction.
