Eddie Dennis

Eddie Dennis represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. His practice focuses on catastrophic injury cases, premises liability, motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death claims, and other matters where negligence caused real harm. He handles cases through all phases of litigation, including trial, and is willing to take cases to verdict when settlement offers fall short.

Eddie understands that injured victims face an uneven fight. Insurance companies and corporate defendants have teams of lawyers working to deny responsibility, minimize injuries, and avoid accountability. His job is to level that fight, protect his clients' rights, and recover the compensation they need to move forward.

Before joining Lederer & Nojima, Eddie worked at a national defense firm where he represented businesses, property owners, manufacturers, distributors, and contractors in a wide range of civil litigation. His defense background included general liability, premises liability, product liability, construction litigation, and complex multi-party cases. That experience gave him direct insight into how insurers and defense attorneys evaluate claims and build their strategies. He now uses that knowledge to anticipate defense moves and fight back effectively.

Eddie left the defense side because he wanted to use his skills to help people, not protect insurance companies. He is driven by the opportunity to stand with injured victims and their families, explain the legal process clearly, and hold wrongdoers accountable.

In addition to personal injury, Eddie advises business owners on contract formation, business disputes, and litigation strategy.

Eddie earned his law degree from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He spent a summer semester studying foreign policy at the University of Cambridge in England. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Chico.
