David Lederer spent the early years of his legal career defending corporations and insurance companies in personal injury lawsuits. After years on the defense side, learning precisely how insurers deny, delay, and minimize legitimate claims, he switched to representing the people who get hurt.
Today, David brings that insider knowledge to every case at Lederer & Nojima. He teaches trial tactics at California Bar Association conferences and mentors law students on the litigation strategies he once used on behalf of insurers.
His practice areas include personal injury litigation, tort, employment law, real estate, contract disputes, insurance claims, and entertainment/media law. He has represented clients in cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents to complex premises liability and catastrophic injury matters throughout Los Angeles County and California.
"Serve the people that need us in the best way possible. Those who are aggrieved are entitled to compensation."
David is married with a young daughter. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys golf and horse racing.
