Benjamin A. Ayala is an Associate Attorney at Lederer & Nojima, LLP
Mr. Ayala’s practice focuses on a wide variety of personal injury cases. He supports the firm’s cases from beginning to end and has experience handling the various aspects of the litigation process for clients throughout the entire course of the representation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ayala served as a Victor E. Chavez American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Fellow. As an ABOTA Fellow, Mr. Ayala observed several trials, depositions, mediations, and
other courtroom proceedings. Mr. Ayala has a strong passion for trial work and strives to use his experience to zealously advocate for his clients.
Mr. Ayala graduated from California State University of Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While attending law school, he participated in the Poehls/Hobbs District Attorney Practicum where he received intensive trial advocacy training. He also served as a certified law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office where he conducted several preliminary hearings.
During his spare time, Mr. Ayala enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, and exercising.
