Jesse Yanco is an associate attorney at Lederer & Nojima, LLP, where he focuses on personal injury and employment litigation.
Prior to joining Lederer & Nojima, Jesse worked as a litigation attorney at a boutique plaintiffs’ side employment law firm, where he represented employees in their claims for unpaid wages and wrongful termination. Additionally, Jesse has experience representing businesses in the areas of commercial and business litigation, creditors' rights and judgment enforcement. With the advantage of having represented both individuals and businesses, Mr. Yanco understands the intricacies involved in resolving cases in an effective and efficient manner in order to achieve favorable results for his clients.
Jesse graduated cum laude from the Gonzaga University School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review and was a member of both the Philip C. Jessup Cup International Law Moot Court Team and the Moot Court Honors Council. During law school, Jesse received the "CALI Excellence for the Future Award" for achieving the highest grade in his legal research and writing course. Jesse also completed a legal externship at the Hague Conference on Private International Law in The Hague, Netherlands. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
In his free time, Jesse enjoys cooking, snowboarding, finding new places to eat in Los Angeles and watching basketball.
