Angela Belty

Angela Belty is an Associate Attorney with Lederer & Nojima, LLP. Prior to becoming an associate at Lederer & Nojima, LLP, Angela worked as a law clerk for the firm. After demonstrating her commitment and dedication toward her clients, Angela was promoted to an Associate Attorney following her admission to the California State Bar.
Angela earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she focused her legal education on trial advocacy. While in law school, Angela was selected to participate in the William C. Hobbs Trial Advocacy program where she was trained on the various aspects of presenting a trial. After her completion of this program, Angela worked as a Certified Law Clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney's office and primarily litigated preliminary hearings. Angela also litigated bench trials, probation violation hearings and arraignment hearings as a Certified Law Clerk for the City Attorney of Los Angeles. Along with this training, Angela was selected to participate in the American Bar Association's Judicial Internship Opportunity Program where she had the privilege to extern for the Honorable Fred J. Fujioka for the Juvenile Dependency Division of the Los Angeles Superior Court. Outside of law school, Angela was a recipient of the Mexican American Bar Foundation Scholarship and was an active member of the Women's Law Association and La Raza de Loyola.
Prior to law school, Angela graduated with Provost's Honors from UC San Diego where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology.
Since joining Lederer & Nojima, LLP, Angela has used her experience and training to manage a wide variety of personal injury cases. Angela is also currently a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Mexican American Bar Association.
