AUTO v DELIVERY TRUCK ACCIDENT
Our client was stopped waiting for the CHP to clear an accident on the 110 Harbor Freeway. She was violently struck in the rear by a large delivery truck. She subsequently underwent cervical laminectomy and fusion surgery. The defendant denied fault for the accident thus forcing the matter into litigation. Just prior to trial and after a change of defense attorneys, this matter resolved for the $1,000,000 full policy limits.
